Return and Withdrawal Policy
A. Right of Withdrawal for PRODUCT Orders
1. Standard Withdrawal Instruction
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party other
than the carrier and indicated by you, take(s) physical possession of the last product.

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax, or email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

B. Right of Withdrawal for COURSE Bookings
1. Special Conditions for Services
You have the right to withdraw from this service contract within 14 days without giving any
reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day of the conclusion of the contract.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us using the contact details above.
Express Consent and Acknowledgment of Losing the Right of Withdrawal
If you wish us to begin providing the course service before the end of the 14-day withdrawal
period, we require your explicit consent. By agreeing to this, you acknowledge that you will
lose your right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed.

Consequences of Withdrawal for Course Bookings
- If you withdraw from the contract before the course has started, you will receive
a full refund of any amounts already paid. - If you have given your express consent for the service to begin during the
withdrawal period and the course has been fully performed, you lose your right of
withdrawal and are not entitled to a refund. - If the service has been partially performed (e.g., the course has started but not
finished), you may be entitled to a proportional refund.

Condition of Returned Goods:
Goods must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached. You
are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than
what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
- Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
- Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if
their seal has been removed after delivery (e.g., opened creams, serums, needles). - Services, if we have provided them in full, and you consented to the service starting
before the 14-day withdrawal period ended and acknowledged that you would lose
your right of withdrawal.

Dispute Resolution:
The European Commission provides a platform for Online Dispute Resolution (ODR), which
can be found at: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. We are not obliged nor willing to
participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.
