1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions for Shipping and Payment apply to all deliveries and
services between us and our customers.

The presentation of products in our online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer but is an "invitation to treat." By clicking the button "[buy now / place order with obligation to pay]," you submit a binding offer to conclude a purchase agreement. We accept this offer by sending you an explicit order confirmation via email or by dispatching the goods.

3. Delivery / Shipping

3.1 Delivery Area

We deliver within the Federal Republic of Germany and to the following countries: [e.g.,

3.2 Shipping Costs

The respective shipping costs can be found on our website under [Link to Shipping Info page]
and are clearly displayed again during the checkout process.

3.3 Delivery Time

Unless otherwise stated, delivery of the goods will be made within [e.g., 2-3] business days
after payment is received (for advance payment) or after the conclusion of the contract (for
payment methods like PayPal). The delivery period begins the day after the payment order is
issued to the bank (for advance payment) or the day after the contract is concluded for other
payment methods. If the deadline ends on a Saturday, Sunday, or a public holiday at the
place of delivery, the deadline ends on the next working day.

4. Payment Conditions

4.1 Available Payment Methods

  • Advance Bank Transfer: You will receive our bank details in the order
    confirmation. The goods will be shipped after we receive your payment.
  • PayPal: The payment is processed immediately via PayPal. You need a PayPal
    account. The PayPal terms and conditions apply.
  • Credit Card (Visa/Mastercard): The amount will be charged to your credit card
    upon completion of your order.
  • Sofort/Klarna: The payment is processed immediately via Sofort (Klarna). You will
    need your online banking details.
  • Invoice, Cash on Delivery

4.2 Payment Deadlines

For payments in advance, the invoice amount is due immediately after the contract is
concluded. For other payment methods (e.g., Purchase on Invoice), the amount is due within
[e.g., 14 days] after receipt of the goods.

5. Reservation of Title

The delivered goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

6. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have a right of withdrawal. The detailed Instructions on Withdrawal are part
of our General Terms and Conditions, were made available to you before you place your
order, and are permanently available on our website at [Link to Withdrawal Policy]. They will
also be sent to you again with your order confirmation.

7. Dispute Resolution

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (OS), which you
can find here: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. We are not obliged nor willing to
participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.
